I have been training with Szabina as my PT at JGE for almost 4 years. I can honestly say that I have never been more toned and healthy, despite not being in my youth by a long way! Szabina keeps the sessions tough but appropriate and varies the program regularly. She has the skills and experience to know when to push me and when to tell me to slow down or take it easier. To her credit she also made a big contribution to my rehabilitation after a serious back injury in 2021, and I am now back to 100%.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a versatile and fun PT.

Szabina was fantastic at getting and maintaining the attention of the kids, who were all super excited when half way through the class she asked 'so who wants to play with swords now?'

Szabina has been my personal trainer now for over 3 ½ years. At 44, I am arguably in some of the best shape of my life, thanks to Szabina’s incredible coaching and support. She takes a completely holistic approach to our training regiment, always changing things up to make sure I keep challenging myself and improving, but also taking into consideration other lifestyle aspects that affect my fitness including nutrition, active recovery and general health and wellbeing. I suffered a traumatic injury to my left arm this spring (shattering my humerus and dislocating my shoulder) and Szabina has been with me throughout my recovery, modifying my training sessions as needed to keep me active all throughout, and working with me to get back to full strength and mobility as quickly as possible, but with great care, patience and motivation. She is a phenomenal coach, trainer and friend, and I am so grateful to have her in my life.
